- Legal warranty of conformity: In accordance with applicable legislation, we guarantee that all equipment and services provided conform to applicable standards and are free from defects at the date of delivery. This warranty covers hidden defects and non-conformities, under the conditions provided for by law.
- Extended contractual warranty: Depending on the nature of the work carried out (refit, equipment installation, major maintenance, etc.), we offer specific warranties, detailed in your contract. These warranties may cover manufacturing defects, installation errors or malfunctions related to our work, for a defined period adapted to each service.
- Precise duration and conditions: Warranties are systematically specified in your quote and your contract, with a clear description of the elements covered, applicable durations and any exclusions (normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, external events, etc.). We take the time to explain each clause to you, so that you know exactly what you are committing to.
Warranty activation and follow-up: Should the need arise, our team handles the assessment and processing of warranty claims, in coordination with our partners and insurers if necessary. We ensure that every case is handled with fairness and professionalism, for a swift and satisfactory resolution.
